Amazing stay Positive: Very clean , beautiful view amazing apartment and the owners were very reachable

Serious sanitation issues and no cooperation from the owner Negative: Unacceptable hygiene conditions and complete lack of responsibility This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. From the moment we entered the apartment, there was an extremely strong and disturbing odor that made the place almost unbearable to stay in. The smell clearly indicated serious sanitation issues and was present throughout our stay. We reported the problem immediately and provided photo evidence. The owner admitted the issue and promised professional cleaning, but this never happened. Instead, communication stopped completely. We stayed 5 nights only because we arrived at midnight and had no immediate alternative, but the conditions were far below any acceptable hygiene standard. Booking.com was informed during the stay; however, due to the owner’s lack of cooperation, no resolution could be reached. We strongly advise future guests to be cautious. Cleanliness, communication, and guest responsibility were seriously lacking. Room 4713 I would have liked to upload more photos to fully reflect the situation, however the platform allows only a limited number of images.

Das Apartment ist Positive: Die Lage und die Zimmer sind groß und Betten bequem. Alles da was man braucht im Zimmer. Negative: Die City View ist eher ein direkter Blick auf eine Baustelle.. Bei der Buchung war uns nicht klar das Valet Parking nicht inkludiert ist. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz im 6. stock zugewiesen - die Zufahrt ist extrem eng, schwierig unf purer Stress. Valet Parking ist in Dubai Standard und sollte bei diesem Preisniveau inkludiert sein; selbst dafür fallen hier zusätzliche Kosten an. Zudem gibt es viel zu wenige Fahrstühle: lange Wartezeiten, extrem volle Fahrstühle. Die Pool Area ist tagsüber überfüllt. Es ist ein Kampf da überhaupt eine Liege zu bekommen. Entspannung außerhalb des Zimmers war nicht möglich. Die Badezimmer wirkten etwas heruntergekommen, die Dusche bzw. Badewanne hat keinen Spritzschutz, wodurch ständig der ganze Boden nass war. Wir haben schon in anderen Hotels oder Residenzen in Dubai übernachtet und das war mit Abstand die schlechteste. Parkplatz und Fahrstühle Horror…. Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und Pool area nicht zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.
